Hi 👋

I'm VP of UX Design at Indeed Recruit Technologies, leading design across Recruit Holdings' HR technology products. My focus is on blending creativity with problem-solving to deliver meaningful solutions. I’m deeply passionate about both the people I design for and the teams I collaborate with.

I have experience working both in-house and at design agencies, spanning projects from new product launches to large-scale brand rebranding. Taking concepts from ideation to full implementation is one of my strengths.

I hold an MA in Design Strategy from Kyushu University, and a BA in Design and Marketing from Keio University SFC, both in Japan.
